Roy D. McQueen & Associates (RDM) specializes in pavement evaluation, engineering, nondestructive testing and research for airports, highways and port facilities. RDM has provided pavement engineering services since 1987. RDM owns and operates a heavy falling weight deflectometer (HWD) and falling weight deflectometer (FWD).

For the past 17 years RDM has successfully completed over 600 projects in 44 states and 15 foreign countries in the Caribbean, Asia, South America, and the Middle East having an aggregate construction value exceeding 2 billion US dollars. We have also performed research for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and other government and commercial clients, on statistical quality assurance specifications, mechanistic design methods, recycling, nondestructive testing, and new pavement materials. Our participation in these and other projects makes us not just familiar with pavement design and construction standards, but part of an internationally recognized team that is developing these standards for the new century.
