RDM engages in engineering, technology and research. RDM has been providing engineering and information technology services to the Aviation industries since 1987. We also performed research for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

RDM is a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise certified as an 8(a) and SDB firm by the Small Business Administration and certified by several Local and State governments as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

• AEPCO and RDM team has been selected to participate in the SETA contract to support the US House of Representative. The RDM is the Subcontractor to AEPCO in this contract.
