Benten Technologies was founded in April 2000 by Tony Ma and Hsiu-kuang Chang as a minority-owned and operated professional services firm. We are recognized as a Small Disadvantage Business and certified 8(a) by the SBA in August 2003. The Washington DC area (Fairfax, Virginia) is home to the corporation and operations center. However, we have had operations in local and international locations including Taiwan and Singapore. Our client roster list includes Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations.

• Graphic Design and Multimedia Services that includes design and development of print and interactive media. We work on a wide range of graphic design and interactive multimedia projects, from long-term design projects such as web portals, corporate identity, brochures, interactive CD-ROM to fast design solutions such as quick briefs and outreach materials.



• On-line Training and Web Development that includes planning, analysis, requirements, design, development, implementation and maintenance of websites, web portals, e-commerce and e-learning tools through the web.



• Information Technology and Development that includes various areas of the software development lifecycle including analysis, requirements, design, prototype, development, testing of simulation models, wireless application, handheld applications, procurement, accounting and business processes. Our personnel have been involved throughout in the various phases of the software development lifecycle for new applications and existing applications. Our people are experts in many software development methodologies, languages and tools.
